SOME Essentials: The Mystery Lights EP
The Mystery Lights is a New York-based rock n' roll band.
Their sound is a mix of blues and psych with influences of 60's Garage and 70's Punk. Even though most of the time they are playing around the NYC and LA areas, they had a couple of gigs at this year's SXSW (Austin, Texas) and have performed at international festivals including the Zebra Music Festival, Strawberry Music Festival and Tianyu Music Festival (China).
You should definitely watch them play whenever you get the chance!

If you're into good hip hop and intelligent lyrics, you should definitely check out "Diferente A La Costumbre" by Puerto Rico-based MC VaRez.
The 12-song mixtape features collaborations with SKL, OM Native, Mosh, Nikki, among others.
A track like "Rio" feels very casual for portraying the lifestyle at Río Piedras, a "college town" that many of us can relate to, while personal favorites "Lagrima feat. Vladi" and "Vidalerta feat. Jibaro Da Mist" get a bit more serious by touching themes of social interest.

LA NAVE DE LOS LOCOS is the recently-released album by Puerto Rican singer/songwriter Habish.
Habish has over 15 years of experience and has played guitar for many bands including Icaro Azul, Somvazio, Van Valentine, La Frekuencia and Brizoo.
For his first solo album, he collaborated with musicians like José David Pérez (Superaquello, Circo) and Ariel Robles (Mima).
LA NAVE DE LOS LOCOS is a 6-track album full of effect pedals, analog synthesizers and influences of alternative pop, nova trova, jazz and electronic experimentation.

The book is a study of color through photography. It is a collaboration between New York-based artist Olivia Locher and Joshua Cabezas, founder of Some Publishing Group.

Born in 2003 in Puerto Rico, SOMVAZIO mixes Latin American and British influences. With a rock base and electronic elements, the band pretends to present its ideas and other possibilities through a different sound. The songs contain eccentricity and disorganization, they even go through the rare and the absurd, but they are absolutely melodic and catchy.
